Handigift creations are available in www.handigift.com online store. Payment is through paypal and all credit cards are accepted even without a paypal account, we will soon accept payments using Google Checkouts.

UK Orders:

Local orders includes all cities in the United Kingdom plus Scotland and Northern Ireland. Shipping costs are based on the Royal Mail’s First Class, Recorded Signed For rates from 1.79£ for a 100g (0.221 lb) packet.

European Orders:

European Orders benefits Airmail

International Orders (Rest of the World):

International orders benefits Airmail rates of the Royal Mail from 100grams and up starting from 1.58£ for both Zones 1 and Zones 2. Orders of more than 50£ benefit a International Signed For service with no extra charge. This is an economical solution offering delivery within three days to any European destinations and from five days to the rest of the world. There is no return policy for International Orders.

FAULTY GOODS RETURN POLICY:

Handigift will only accept Returns for the following reasons:

  • We sent the wrong item. (Highly unlikely)
  • Item received is faulty
  • Content is substantially different from what was advertised

    Requests for Returns for any reason other than “special offer” and those listed will not be accepted. Item should be returned with original packaging within 14 days from the date you received your shipment. We recommend using Registered Post when sending returns. Client should inform us for all Returns before posting.

    Handigift will not be responsible for returns lost or damaged during delivery when using Standard post. In the unlikely event of goods being returned they will be examined thoroughly and if found to be defective. A replacement or refund will be offered depending on stock availability.
